Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year
Since 1997 The Bahamas Primary School student of the year has awarded 1.5 Million dollars in scholarships and prizes to hundreds of students across The islands of The Bahamas. The Foundation is proud to be able to continue to help develop the future leaders of our nation 20 years later.
Bahamas Aquatics Federation
The Bahamas Aquatics Federation ('BAF') is responsible for the development, promotion and control of Swimming, Diving, Synchronized Swimming, Water Polo, Open Water Swimming and Masters Swimming in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
The BAF is a member of Federation Internationale de Natation ('FINA'); the Amateur Swimming Union of the Americas ('ASUA'); the Confederation de Centro Americana y del Caribe del la Aficionados de Natacion ('CCCAN'); and the Bahamas Olympic Association ('BOA').
Grand Bahama Children's Home
In 1977 The Grand Bahama Children’s Home (GBCH) started as a vision. Out of concern for children that were being abused, neglected, or abandoned by those closest to them, a group of Bahamians banded together to create a safe space.
